| Log Home Remodel | |
| This has been a very interesting remodel. The owners wanted to maximize the usable space in a preexisting log home and so we filled in the porch areas on three of the four corners of the house. This was a difficult remodel as it was necessary to find materials that matched the original logs and finishes. We not only enjoyed blending the existing structure with the new, but adding an arbor and outdoor room using pine log construction was a challenge and creative pleasure. |

| Beach House Remodel | |
| This was a remodel of the contractor's personal home, increasing the size from 1700 to 2800 square feet. Features include a unique deck with radius corners, stone accents, extensive use of a custom corbels. To do the remodel it was necessary to remove the entire top floor of the original house. The contractor used a track-hoe (similar to a backhoe) to remove the floor, which reduced the job to one day and saved a lot of time and labor. |

| Boat House Remodel | |
| This was an interesting project as it involved remodeling a building that was falling down. The porch columns stone bases, and the interior includes exposed wood ceilings supported by 6x15 ridge beam and 4x6 rafters. The owner wanted to have a Cape Cod look and so we finished the walls with vertical V groove paneling. |
