Joe’s Bay Construction evolved from a life long dream of mine. I have always loved working with the natural elements of wood, and stone. Following a thirty year career in business, I had the opportunity to make my dream a reality. In 2003 the concept for Joe’s Bay was founded and the business has evolved from there. During my career, I traveled extensively in Asia and Latin America and the architecture of these diverse cultures influenced me greatly. I have brought my interpretation of them with me to Joe’s Bay. I am also a student of the architecture of the early nineteen hundreds which includes such notables as Green and Green, Maybeck and Frank Lloyd Wright. Each of these wonderful builder/architects exhibited strong Asian and Latin influences in their designs. At this point in my life, quality rather than quantity is most important to me. For this reason, we try to take on one customer at a time. This gives our customers the attention that they deserve, and allows us to concentrate creating something truly special for them.
